Q) My helmet
does not fit even though I followed your guide.
A) Please keep in
mind, helmets will be snug at first, and they will loosen over time. Helmets come in
different shapes as do human heads. These two facts sometimes result in certain
helmets fitting better or worse on an individual person. If this happens to you,
often trying a different brand of helmet will be your best option.
Q) What is Kevlar?
A) Kevlar is an advanced
technology from DuPont. It combines high strength with light weight, and comfort
with protection. Kevlar is 5 times stronger than steel on an equal weight basis,
yet, at the same time, is lightweight, flexible and comfortable.
Q) What is Cordura?
A) The technical definition
of Cordura is "an air-textured, high-tenacity nylon made only by DuPont." The
real-world definition translates into some of your most used and abused products
being lightweight, abrasion-resistant and durable.
Q) What is
Thinsulate?
A) Thinsulate
insulation provides nearly twice the warmth of other synthetic insulations and
one-and-a-half times the warmth of down. There are different types of Thinsulate
Insulation designed to keep you warm in different environments. Each type is
blended to keep you warm in the environment where it will be used.
Q) What is Gore-Tex?
A) Gore-Tex fabric is
created when Gore laminates their patented Gore-Tex membrane to high-performance
textiles, which are then used by garment manufacturers to make outerwear,
accessories, and footwear. The Gore-Tex membrane has 9 billion pores per square
inch, with each pore 20,000 times smaller than a water droplet. These tiny holes
are too small for water and wind to pass through from the outside, which is how
Gore can guarantee you'll stay dry and warm in a garment made with Gore-Tex
fabric.
Q) Do you sell or
distribute any of my information; email, phone number, etc?
A) No, We All Ride does not distribute any information that you provide.
