Shipping & Returns

We All Ride Shipping Policy

  • Product, excluding shipping, taxes, oversize fees, must total $100.00 or more to receive free shipping.
  • Oversize fees are not waived by the promotional shipping offer.
  • Sales tax will be added to orders shipped to California.
  • Unless requested otherwise, orders will be consolidated into one shipment - this may add additional time to the final delivery to you.
  • Delivery times may vary.  Orders are processed and delivreed during the business week (M-F) only and do not guarantee delivery by a specific time or date.
  • We All Ride does not offer weekend or holiday delivery options.
  • Free shipping offer excludes tires, oils or chemicals or any item designated as either oversized or overweight.
  • Free shipping offer for orders over $100.00 is for orders shipped within the US only.
  • Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, Canada, Puerto Rico will be subject to standard shipping rates.

We All Ride Returns Policy

  • We All Ride has a hassle free exchange or refund policy for all clothing related items.

  • Any clothing item may be returned for exchange, credit or refund within 14 days (extended 2 weeks for holidays and gifts, provided the item is unused and has all tags.
  • No hard part may be returned for a full refund. We offer exchange or store credit returns only for all hard parts.
  • No credit exchange will be given unless all parts and packaging are returned as new. It is very important that all packaging and instructions be returned as new or you will be charged a re-stocking and re-merchandising fee up to 50% of the value of your returned goods.
  • If the order was originally purchased by credit card, all returns are subject to a 5% credit card processing and/or handling fee. This policy is strictly enforced.
  • Any clothing item may be returned if unused within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. All returns must include complete packaging, labels and tags, or there will be a 25% restocking fee. No clothing may be returned that has been used or worn in any fashion.
  • Each manufacturer has their own warranty policies. Any defect or repair return will require an exchange or repair return with the manufacturer. We All Ride does not directly offer any type of warranty for any items sold.
  • No part which has been installed and removed may be returned for exchange or credit. Once installed the part cannot be returned.
  • No item will be accepted for return that has been packed poorly by the sender. Any item that is damaged in transit due to poor packaging will either be refused, sent back to the sender or donated to charity.
  • No clothing item may be returned without all packaging, tags, hangers, etc.
  • Under no circumstances may a clothing item be returned or exchanged that shows any sign of wear, use or damage.
  • Special order and close-out items may not be returned or exchanged.
  • No exchange or credit will be issued unless all parts are included with the returned items.
  • There will be NO credit for shipping and handling amounts of any order.
  • If we send you the wrong product, we will credit you back for the return ground shipping, but we will not pay for re-shipping.
